**Client Operational Services searches for a Client Service Representative**
The Client Services Representative will provide high quality service to Brazilian Clients, covering initially Futures and Options, supporting custody, margin, settlements, stock loan, reporting and coordinate across global support areas at the bank, to deliver operational client service excellence within a consistent framework of risk and control standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understands the end-to-end product process and Client Services Representative roles and responsibilities, making sure segregation of duties are sustainable and well defined between Operations and Business;
- Close interaction with Clients and internal business partners and CSR Team in US;
- Responsible for monitoring all post trading flow till settlement, including margin calls and any ad-hoc client’s request;
- Actively participates on all the CSR Governance Forums;
- Continuously aligns local process and procedures with Global CSR as well as appropriately address any local requirement that may impact on existing process/procedure;
- Actively coordinates and participates on new Projects and Releases;
- Maintains high standards on internal operational and financial controls to ensure risk mitigation protecting the client and the Bank;
- Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relations and problem resolutions;
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions promoting a motivated environment;
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward;
- Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change;
- Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base;

**Core skills and requirements**:
- Advanced knowledge of LATAM Equity and Futures products with at least 3 years’ experience;
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (fluency);
- Organization and project management skills;
- Dynamic personality capable of working in groups and independently;
- Must be client focused, a team player, communicate candidly, able to improve processes, drive for results and take ownership to enhance client delight.
