**Your mission on the team**:
We are looking for people who love technology and education. In this position you will lead educational projects for Digibee Academy. Our mission is to educate our customers in the use of our products. Our purpose is to make the user (developer) self-sufficient in the use of the Digibee platform. Our customers are spread all over the world, in this way,will be necessary to develop scalable solutions with a product mindset.

As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end projects. diverse learning technologies and assembly in the LMS. It will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of the participants' learning experience, monitoring measuring satisfaction, engagement and learning metrics, proposing and executing additional projects for this purpose. This with the support of other professionals who work in the team dedicated to Digibee Academy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and organize production demands and content adjustments.
- Manage the production roadmap and backlog, prioritizing and detailing production packages for the short, medium and long term.
- Monitor the execution of content production processes and routines, post-production and content assembly in the LMS.
- Ensure the delivery of production packages within the established deadlines with the expected quality level.
- Collect and analyze user data, through surveys, platform data, and story collection, to refine the Digibee Academy learning experience.
- Discuss and define with other team members processes of content production and review in order to provide agility with quality.
- Propose projects to improve the learning experience through new educational methodologies and technologies.
- Provide an overview of the portfolio of projects and various initiatives related to Digibee Academy, with controls, metrics and reports.
- Communicate internal areas, stakeholders and employees about scope and deadline adjustments or other relevant topics.
- Manage communication with Digibee Academy participants inside and outside the LMS to engage them.
- Work closely with the Product Owners/Product Managers of the product area of the platform and with leaders of the Customer Success area in order to align initiatives between areas.

**Requirements**:

- 5+years of experience with project management or product management
- Excellent oral and written
- English Fluent
- Excel or Google Spreadsheets Intermediate
- Proven mastery of project management techniques and tools
- knowledge Advanced of agile framework
- Self-directed, super organized and disciplined
- Ability to lead without authority people of different hierarchical levels and functions remotely

**What would be really cool if you had?**
- 2+ years of experience as an area leader/manager
- Experience with educational projects or content development
- Experience in software development companies
- Excel or Google Advanced Spreadsheets
- Project or product certifications
