**Key Objectives**
- Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities
- Write documentation and provide support to problems, communicating these through charts and diagrams
- Develop training procedures and guidelines on how to perform duties better
- Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues
- Establish and enforce organization standards to maintain quality service
- Prepare and run accurate reports on sales and other operational data
- Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations
- Track resource availability and allocation
- Collect information needed to calculate project invoices
- Mentor Operations Administrator and ensure the success of major administrative tasks

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from four year college or university
- Administrative Experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
