**Technical Specialist I (SME)**

**Main responsibilities**:

- ** **Identify and develop self-generated technical opportunitie (focus on converting medium to long-term sustainable businesses for the company).
Follow the closing of the business cycle with the salesperson responsible for the account through the CRM.
- Promote technical discussions in the customer, as a technical contact with expertise (Customer Training, Workshops, Webinars and participation in technical events).
Identify, develop, and deliver repeatable technical solutions (Use of global software to manage repeatable solutions).
- Prepare technical reports (sizing, projects and engineering calculations) with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainable gains.
Support Business Development (BD) to develop the Growth Program (market assessment, industry knowledge, competitor information, marketing communications, value proposition, sales enablement tools).

**Required Qualification**:

- Previous experience in Engineering/Applications and Technical Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Food, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial) or related fields.
- Analytical skills.
- Technical knowledge in industry segments.
- Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
- Knowledge of the Office suite and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of technical drawing and basic automation is desirable.
- Knowledge in CRM and Power BI.
