**Job Summary**:
Seek alternatives with the sales team to improve the Customization process and participate in controlling the execution planning of customized products.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and manufacture teams to ensure the execution of samples for new products;
- Follow up on processes to minimize the time required for creating samples for clients;
- Support and manage the process of new products/customized products for the company;
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the processes of new products/customized products and
- Create and generate reports for controlling the planning and execution of products.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field or a related area in Manufacturing/Planning;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google/G Suite and
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in the English language.
