Content Writer

**Your mission**:
Odds Scanner is looking for a Writer - Brazilian Portuguese.

We are a media and technology startup based in Malta active in several European and Latin American markets in the sports and gambling industries. We have a diverse and international team, working primarily from Malta, Portugal and Brazil, but with team members from all over the world.

Odds Scanner, a website that helps people find the best deals when betting, is looking for writers for a hard news team. We're looking for dynamic people who can research, suggest topics, write, publish and optimise content.

The texts will have an average length between 200 and 300 characters, and the people selected will work from Monday to Friday, eight hours a day, in a home office format.

**Responsabilities**:

- Producing text-based content for the sports industry.
- Transform content ideas and agenda suggestions into written text.
- Meet the demand agreed with the editing team.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of experience in content production.
- Bachelor's degree in communication/journalism (nice to have)
- Experience in sports media outlets.
- Someone who can work independently but willing to learn
- Organization, creativity, conciseness and ability to generate good headlines will make you a great fit for this position
- Good football knowledge.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C2/ mother language).
