The Rig Electrician assists the Chief Electrician with the installation, maintenance and repairs of all rig associated electrical equipment. Service quality, job preparation, planning and safety are key priorities.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Participates in pre-tour and tool-box meetings with all members of the maintenance crew.
- Is always fully compliant with the requirements of the HSE policies, standards, and wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Obtains certifications/competencies as required for duties assigned.
- Maintains all electrical equipment in safe working order according to standards and reports any problem or deviation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric equipment around the rig and the rig camp as requested by his direct supervisor.
- Perform daily checklists and report any problem or deviation.
- Is familiar with the preventive maintenance programs in place.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2 to 4 years of field experience in similar or equivalent environment.
- Industrial Electrical or Electronics certificate or equivalent, with a willingness to do physically challenging activities in potentially harsh environments
- CTF ative
- Advanced English
- SAP, ERP experience
