**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project teams and manage day-to-day project activities
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Regularly update clients and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and solutions
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to company policies
- Collaborate with international clients, with potential interactions in German
- Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure
