**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
Controlar a disponibilidade das ferramentas de monitoração e aplicações.
Acompanhar junto aos fornecedores a disponibilidade do ambiente/ferramenta de monitoração.
Criar plano de ação quando necessário para garantir a disponibilidade e assertividade da monitoração
Garantir a monitoração dos componentes de infraestrutura, aplicações, serviços, testes sintéticos e comportamento dos usuários reais.
- Criar e manter dashboard e visualizações baseados em Datadog APM.
- Acompanhar e coletar informações e métricas relevantes de comportamento e utilização dos sistemas, fornecendo métricas e indicadores para times de Sustentação e Operação.
- Auxiliar na busca de causa raiz em conjunto aos times de sustentação.
- Promover a melhoria contínua da monitoração e estar atualizado com ferramentas de mercado para APM.
- Garantir a atualização e divulgação das melhores práticas de monitoração e observabilidade.
- Manter documentação das ferramentas, testes, configurações, integrações envolvidos em Observabilidade.
**Requisitos e qualificações**
Experiência com Observabilidade e APM;
- Monitoramento de infraestrutura/serviços baseados em contêineres;
- Importante conhecimentos de ferramentas ELK (Elasticsearch) e Dashboards em Kibana
- Inglês em nível intermediário (leitura e escrita técnica).
