Team Overview:
This role will be a team member for Internal Controls area of 99Pay.

Role Responsibilities:

- Assist process owners in the annual review of Internal Controls
- Knowledge of the COSO framework
- Checking process mapping with interviews with operational teams and leadership, documenting and proposing improvements in process flows
- Evaluate the effectiveness of accounting, financial and operational controls, by carrying out internal control tests, analyzing whether they are correctly applied, validating the adherence of the implemented processes to the proposed plans
- Assist in the implementation of new controls
- Evaluate and test the effectiveness of the internal controls
- Assist business areas in defining action plans for the issues found
- Follow up the deadlines of the action plans
- Update group 99Pay’s s internal controls reporting system

Role Qualifications:

- Higher education in business administration, finance, auditing and similar
- Analytical-investigative profile;
- Has attention to details.
- To be compliance with deadlines and SLA with the areas;
- Team player
- Experience in Internal ControlsIntermediate English and Excel
- Knowledge in systems: Matera, e-Guardian (...)
- Good synthesis ability
- Analysis and critical interpretation of data
