**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
As a Cisco AppDynamics Renewals Specialist within Cisco’s Global Renewals organization, you will focus on existing customers and their AppDynamics software renewals. You will be working within Global Renewals, as part of the Cisco Cloud Infrastructure and Software Group Renewals Specialist team.

As a Cisco AppDynamics Renewals Specialist, you will partner closely with AppDynamics Field Sales Representatives supporting partners and customers to drive the renewal, allowing Field Sales Representatives the ability to focus on new logo pursuits. You will also partner with the product business unit driving Cisco Full Stack Observability solutions through which we connect Cisco customers with solutions that can transform their businesses. **WHO YOU ARE**
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years sales experience
- Strong knowledge of LATAM customers and region
- Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Understanding of AppDynamics product is a plus
- Understanding of AppDynamics sales, Cisco field sales, product specialist sales, services sales and partner organisations is a plus
- Renewals experience is a plus
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes, organizational structures, management practices, and resources development.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and the ability/affinity for building new relationship
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
Cloud Infrastructure & Software Renewals is the newest and fastest-growing software renewal business within Cisco’s Global Renewals Organization. The renewal specialists are driving the Global Renewals motion with the customer managing a team of Cisco resources for all renewal activities from opportunity identification to negation to close. You will build direct relationships with global AppDynamics Field Service Representatives, Cisco Cloud Infra Product Sales Specialists, Cisco Account Managers, Cisco renewal managers, Cisco partner community, end customers, Customer Success, Operations and cross-functional leaders. You will lead and support all aspects of the Cisco AppDynamics renewals lifecycle and deliver against quota.
Own and manage a portfolio of AppDynamics renewals while ensuring consistent and accurate forecasting across the assigned territory.
Complete all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle. This includes advising customers of renewals, building quotes, handling customer objections, positioning against competition, assisting with contract negotiations, helping partners with order processing, and closing renewal opportunities while ensuring entitlements are delivered appropriately.
Build customer and partner relationships and work effectively with cross-functional partners.
