Project consultant

**Job description**

This role requires strong quantitative and qualitative experience in market research and business development.

The Project Consultant will enforce positive engagement with existing clients by understanding their business needs and propose solutions to address those needs. In addition, you must look for opportunities that will help our clients reduce risk in decision making in order to optimize their brand and overall customer experience.

**Responsabilities**
- Drive business development opportunities through new current and potential clients.
- Be objective, practical and agile on a daily basis.
- Provide product and benefit solutions to client business problems / opportunities by developing strategic initiatives for each client.
- Be responsible for supporting the business in achieving and exceeding REVENUE objectives through excellence in partnership with Analytics.
- Be a strategic client partner and a trusted advisor to key and complex clients
- Scope and propose projects to address client business questions, working closely with the Analytics / Delivery teams to ensure the most appropriate solution
- Work with CI ANALYTICS EXECUTIVE SR to analyze data and provide recommendations to meet client needs
- Ability to manage client expectations for project closure ensuring client satisfaction
**About you**

We are looking for a person with a solid experience in Consumer Insights and Market Research

**Qualifications**
- BA / BS in relevant business field (MBA desirable).
- Approximately 4 years of experience in the research industry with a track record of revenue KPI achievements
- Expert knowledge of market research
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Be objective, practical and agile on a day to day basis.
- Good influencing and coaching skills with the ability to develop line managers in a matrix structure.
- Additional languages: Advanced English and Spanish Fluent.
- Understanding of Adhoc products and services
- Sales closing
