**Key Position**
The Business Development Manager is directly responsible for developing new account and account extension business in the diferent market segments by maximizing sales opportunities by promoting the complete range of services offered by International SOS in the cluster. The BDM will also need to effectively manage existing accounts that will be assigned to the individual so we can ensure we renew all existing accounts plus cross sell/ up sell the range of services available to this market segment.
Among other things the BDM is responsible for Business growth, Lead generation, Account acquisition, Account management (Renewal, Up-Selling, Cross-Selling).
- Driving the cross border selling process within the sector/s for the country/region
- Generating proposals, pricing and contract negotiation across all medical and security services solutions as per guidelines
- Promoting medical consulting solutions to solve client specific challenges
- Managing renewal og existing accounts and cross sell/ up sell the range of services available
**Requirements**:
- Strong sales background, with proven attributes and exemplary levels of client care and focus on account development and management to drive business growth and build relationships across all levels of the client organization
- Proven track record of profitable B2B sales growth year on year and pipeline management
- Strong experience of direct B2B solution/consultative selling experience in complex/ service industry with significant direct selling experience to large multinational companies in the Energy, Mining and Infrastructure industry/ sector
- Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience salling to Emerging Markets
- Experience salling memberships or subscriptions in services
- Balchelor's degree
- An excellent level of written and spoken English, Spanish is highly advantageous.
