**Brief Job Description**:
**Purpose of the role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Technical Domain Consultant - CPG** to provide strategic and technical consulting in the

to help design and implement scalable digital solutions, support transformation initiatives, and drive value for our CPG

clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business/stakeholders (senior leadership and functional team members) to understand business

challenges, objectives, and technology requirements in the CPG sector.
- Translate domain insights into technical solutions and digital strategies across areas such as supply chain, sales &
distribution, marketing, product lifecycle, and eCommerce.
- Support pre-sales/delivery and solution design with deep domain input and use-case development.
- Drive workshops, gap assessments, and roadmap creation for digital transformation.
- Work closely with technical architects and delivery teams to ensure domain alignment in solution design and

implementation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the CPG industry.

- Create thought leadership materials, whitepapers, and contribute to domain competency development within the

organization.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience in the CPG industry or in a domain consulting role focused on CPG clients.
- Solid understanding of business processes and systems in areas like supply chain, trade promotions, direct store

delivery (DSD), demand forecasting, pricing, and omni-channel retailing.
- Proven experience in working with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), CRM, analytics platforms, or CPG-focused digital solutions.
- Exposure to data-driven decision-making, AI/ML use cases, and automation in CPG processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a global delivery model and collaborate across time zones and cultures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Certifications or domain-specific training in CPG, supply chain, or enterprise systems.
- Experience in working with global FMCG/CPG clients or large-scale transformation programs.
- Familiarity with sustainability, ESG compliance, and digital supply chain trends in the CPG industry.
