About the role:

- Provides thought-leadership to clients across business and technical dimensions, presenting options for solving complex business requirements
- Ensures the business and technical specifications of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to business outcome achievement through benefits planning and realisation
- Works in conjunction with agile leads and consulting/experience experts to interpret, scope and size programs of work, while also managing scope and risk during delivery
- Leads highly agile, high-performing cross-functional teams
- Represents as our technical leader and client partner, identifying opportunities to expand our support for our client’s strategic aspirations
Required experience / skills:

- 10+ years of IT experience with database and client server design/development
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing solutions, including developing shared/reusable components and accelerators
- Strong experience planning and delivering projects in a fully agile environment; preferably certified in a recognised Agile framework e.g. SAFe, Agile Alliance
- Previous experience as a lead developer on multiple product or enterprise designs
- Preferred educational qualification: BS/MS degree in Engineering / Computer Science.
