**Position summary**
We are looking to add a knowledgeable IT Business Analyst to the LATAM Warehouse Management team to implement known tools or drive new capabilities supporting the business needs as defined and aligned in the joint technology roadmap (Business and IT). As a member of the team, you will be accountable to understand the Business needs and drive projects to implement the Nestlé tools and sometimes work with Development Offshore team to build and test new tools according to ‘Agile’ methods. You will collaborate work with various functional leaders, business facing analysts and architects, influencing / shaping their strategies with regards to product adoption, building new capabilities, or bettering the user experience. **A Day in the Life of a Business Analyst Warehouse Management**
You will act in the development of IT projects related to the logistics business areas and, eventually, in user support.
Will act in the development of global and regional implementation and improvement projects, acting mainly as a functional resource for projects in SAP WM.
Evaluate Business needs and identify possible gaps and opportunities.
Support the ABAP development team in understanding the features and running tests.
Some travels can be necessary to map new warehouses or provide onsite go-live support.
**What will make you successful**
SAP MM and WM localization and configuration are essential
Knowledge on operational process as ‘internal movements, picking execution, replenishment, subcontracting, inter-company, inventory, sales and returns’ are essential
End-to-End knowledge on O2C and Planning to Produce are important
Process and Operations with Transshipment point TSP/Exchange of Invoice Brazil TNF are also necessary
Able to effectively work with virtual teams across functions and cultures
Possessing good communication skills for managing stakeholders in the business
Integration between SAP ERP (IM) and 3P WMS is desirable
English advanced, both spoken and written
Spanish is a plus
