Through a diverse range of services, we are able to serve different audiences: our marketplace, which allows patients to schedule and evaluate appointments and doctors at any time of the day or night; and our SaaS system (Software as a Service) aimed at optimizing office management, patient flow and online bookings. All this through an internet platform and our iOS/Android apps.
- We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented person with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of business and data analysis. The professional will create and manage relationships with various internal stakeholders. Process layout and optimization people? This is where you belong_

**What you will do in this role**:

- Support the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and plans;
- Review and analyze operational and renewal data. Provide insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
- Leverage transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and provide guidance to business leaders;
- Participate in regional process improvement initiatives;
- Demonstrate thought leadership around marketing, sales, and CS data processes and operations;
- Liaise with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required, performing SQL queries and presenting the data through visualization tools;
**Qualifications** What makes you a strong fit**:

- Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Ops;
- Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
- Experience working in agile environments;
- A working knowledge of SQL and Excel.

**It would be nice if you had...**
- A working knowledge of APIs and integration architecture;
- Experience working in healthtech.
