Team Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Analyst will implement the brand's content plan across proprietary channels and support external stakeholders management.

Role Responsibilities:

- Support the agency to create materials and tools for communication strategy, in addition to creative projects in an agile process and adherent to the speed required by the business and social networks.
- Support stakeholders from different areas - Marketing, Growth, PR, CX - in order to promote brand positioning, aligned with the narrative and brand consistency.
- Develop and implement communities calendar with a team of content producers and strategists to regularly create content to be promoted across all content marketing channels.
- Make data-driven decisions to achieve goals and take the content and team further.
- Ensure brand consistency and growth of brand platforms on community channels, in line with company objectives.
- Create and implement actions with digital influencers with the external partner to achieve business objectives.

Role Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or Advertising
- Soft Skills: hands on, good communication, team worker, agile
- Hard Skills: marketing planning and execution, community as a comm channel, engagement metrics.
- Intermediate english
