The Head of Project Management is the Manager of Project Managers and the leader of Project Management where strategic thinking is involved.

**As a Head of Project Management you will**:

- Mentor and train our Project Managers and be responsible for the strategic growth of the Project Management team, aligned to the short, medium and long term strategic planning of the company, presenting reports with varied metrics, among them: growth-oriented, profitability etc.;
- Lead the R&D initiatives and monitor the market to keep Kokku always up to date of any methodology/software/trend with our team;
- Work closely with the recruitment team to find the best professionals;
- Supervise, coach, mentor, motivate and support the development of project managers, and ensure the team receives regular appraisals and one-on-one meetings;
- Manage performance within the team by encouraging autonomy, mastery and purpose and develop custom pipelines for projects with specific creative and technological needs in collaboration with the engineering and art departments;
- Attend daily production meetings to ensure project management is on track;
- Collaborate with production to ensure schedules and plans meet business and project needs.

**We expect you to have***:

- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrate leadership fundamentals;
- Fluent English, impeccable communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, etc.) and familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum;
- Experience leading teams and projects, and understanding of the principles of people management and how to lead a team for high performance;
- Up-to-date knowledge of game development and understanding of the industry;
- PMP Certification.
