**Job Title: Remote Dispatcher & Social Media Manager **( **100% Work From Home)**:
**Location**:Remote from Latin America
**Position Type**:Full-time
**Salary**: $1,700 USD/month
- **Schedule**:Starting point is 8:00am - 5:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday. Open to different hours and days, flexible schedule
**Job Overview**:
- Our client is a mobile pet grooming service and they are looking to add an energetic, results-oriented individual to their scheduler/customer service team The role supports the groomers in the field, scheduling efficient routes and groom durations, to optimize a groomer’s workday. Additionally, this person will be responsible for managing social media accounts to ensure groomers provide content and it is posted on a regular basis. Also comfortable responding to reviews, both positive and negative.**Responsibilities**:
- Informing customers on the services and prices our company provides, especially as applicable to their breeds and their pet’s needs and health, and making appropriate recommendations.
- Capturing accurately the appropriate information to set up an appointment for the customer.
- Maintaining groomers’ fully-booked schedules by creating/rescheduling/canceling appointments, in collaboration with groomers.
- Brief groomers about their daily schedule, highlighting unusual circumstances and situations they may encounter.
- Respond to calls/texts from groomers in the field, in real-time, regarding customer and pet issues. This requires the ability to multi-task by setting priorities among inputs.
- Review of the schedule at the end of the day for completed appointments, verifying charges and payments.
- Take credit card payments over the phone, especially when groomers are outside of cell service.
- Run and analyze reports to assist in gaining and improving client retention.
- Keep management and other dispatchers informed of any issues, actions, or problems.
- Managing social media accounts to ensure groomers provide content and it is posted on a regular basis
**Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies**:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to explain our services to customers, and book new and existing customer appointments.
- 2+ years of Customer Service or relevant experience.
- Must be very reliable, organized, flexible, empathetic, polite, a team player, professional, and have exceptional listening skills.
- Working knowledge of Google docs and sheets or Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls or issues at the same time.
- Positive attitude and a team player - we thrive on good vibes, a positive environment and supporting each other
- Being an animal lover is definitely a plus
- Native-like English & Spanish speaker
