**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and direct traffic to designated web resources
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to align traffic strategies with broader objectives
- Support ongoing optimisation through analysis and structured experimentation
**Requirements**:
- Experience in traffic acquisition, media buying, or digital promotion
- Understanding of different traffic sources and traffic types
- Familiarity with automation tools and analytics platforms
- Russian - fluent; English -strong written communication
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment
