Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Global businesses to join Latam. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Sr. Program Manager. In this role, you will lead Amazon's Global Selling into Latam product suite that includes customer experience, seller experience, logistics, payments. Key job responsibilities As a Senior PM in our organization, you will be responsible for the following: - Managing Amazon's compliance strategy for B2C imports into Brazil, under the Remessa Conforme Program. You will define the program vision and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team. You will drive day-to-day product development from design through to release. - You will create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. - Work with business leaders and executives across Amazon to define and prioritize the product roadmaps based on the strategy and vision. - Manage prioritization of the product roadmap and trade-offs among customer experience, business impact, technical constraints, and operational excellence. A day in the life As a Sr. Program Manager, you will be expected to: 1. Dive deep with your customers to identify and understand their pain points. 2. Use your judgment and understanding to test assumptions. 3. Think big to build durable products that anticipate future pain points. 4. Deliver products on time with the right feature set and high quality. 5. Evangelize your products and drive adoption. 6. Drive roadmap planning. 7. Help others grow professionally.
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
