**This roles is Hybrid, requiring presenciality to our offices in Sao Paulo.**

**Job duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain our brand's visual assets, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines specific to Brazil.
- Develop creative concepts and deliver designs that effectively communicate our message to the Brazilian target audience in the payment industry.
- Participate in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns by providing creative input and generating innovative design ideas tailored for the Brazilian market.
- Create infographics, illustrations, and icons that convey complex concepts and data related to the payment sector in Brazil.
- Work closely with the web development team to produce compelling visuals for our website and other online platforms targeted at Brazilian users.
- Keep abreast of design trends and industry developments to ensure our visual materials remain modern and competitive within the Brazilian payment industry.
- Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with local printing vendors in Brazil as needed.
- Provide creative support for other design needs as they arise within the company.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as experience with graphic design software and tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within a team and take creative direction.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the payment industry or similar B2B sectors in the Brazilian context is a bonus.
