**Technical Leadership**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, sharing best practices, promoting code reviews, and continuously improving development processes.

**System Architecture**:

- Collaborate with team members to design and implement robust, scalable software architecture that meets project requirements and industry best practices.

**Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints. Communicate technical concepts clearly and propose effective solutions. Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Identify and resolve defects early, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

**Research & Innovation**:

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Explore new tools and techniques to enhance development processes and improve software efficiency.

**Documentation**:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides.

**lll. Additional Information**:

- **Employment Type**: Full-Time, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
- **Location**: Remote.
- **Salary Range**: _**$15-25 per hour, paid on a monthly basis.**_
