**Project Description**:
Our client is a multinational consulting firm headquartered in Chicago. It was founded around 1950 and currently, it has more than 65 offices in 44 **countries** and **more than** 5,000 employees worldwide. It is one of the largest consulting firms in the globe considering the amount of people currently working in the law field and the revenue generated year after year.

They are currently looking for a quite motivated QA Testing Lead that is looking for an opportunity to showcase leadership skills in order to take the team above and beyond.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take the testing strategy, build the test plans, and testing criteria.
- Track the key issues and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Lead the integration and UAT Testing.
- Coordinate activities with the different testing teams (User Testers, not dedicated QA Engineers).

**Requirements**:

- Get into the system (SAP) and environment.
- Good communications skills in English.
- Knowledge with SAP.
- Previous experience with Success Factors.
- Previous experience leading teams.
