As a Media Analyst at KTO, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the planning, execution and optimisation of media campaigns. Your role will involve close collaboration with media vendors, internal stakeholders, and creative teams to ensure impactful and efficient media delivery.
You’ll be expected to navigate both operational and analytical tasks, combining attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership over the media planning process.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic offline media plans;
- Negotiate with media outlets for the purchase of advertising space;
- Manage and oversee campaign execution, ensuring accurate delivery and placement;
- Analyse performance metrics and generate insights to support optimisation;
- Create performance reports and presentations for stakeholders;
- Work collaboratively with creative, marketing and planning teams;
- Identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the offline media landscape.
**Experience & qualifications required**:
- Knowledge of a range of offline media channels (radio, TV, print, DOOH, OOH, etc.);
- Experience in offline media planning and buying;
- Proven experience in negotiating and maintaining relationships with media partners;
- Experience with integrated offline and digital media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance;
- Excellent communication and organisational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;
Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
