Estamos em busca de um Especialista de Desenvolvimento Backend Node.js para integrar nosso time de tecnologia. O profissional será responsável por liderar a arquitetura, desenvolvimento e otimização de serviços backend escaláveis, garantindo alta performance e segurança. Buscamos um profissional experiente, com habilidades avançadas em Node.js e profundo conhecimento em boas práticas de engenharia de software.
**Responsabilidades**
Definir e implementar arquiteturas escaláveis para aplicações backend.
Desenvolver e otimizar APIs e microsserviços em Node.js.
Garantir boas práticas de segurança, performance e escalabilidade.
Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com times de produto, frontend e DevOps.
Realizar revisões de código e mentorias para a equipe de desenvolvimento.
Avaliar e implementar novas tecnologias para otimização de processos.
Experiência avançada em desenvolvimento backend com Node.js.
Profundo conhecimento em arquiteturas de microsserviços, APIs REST e GraphQL.
Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL) e não relacionais (MongoDB, Redis).
Familiaridade com mensageria (Kafka, RabbitMQ) e sistemas distribuídos.
Conhecimento em cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) e containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experiência com práticas de CI/CD e automação de deploys.
Forte habilidade em análise e resolução de problemas.
Experiência prévia em liderança técnica será um diferencial.
