O papel profissional Security Operation Center Operator, deve estar qualificado para atuar como operador de centro de operações em segurança cibernética (SOC).
- Executar atividades de monitoramento e detecção de ameaças, vulnerabilidades e riscos de segurança da informação preestabelecidas;
- Executar atividades de Análise e Resposta a Incidentes de segurança cibernética preestabelecidas;
- Executar atividades de desenvolvimento e implementação de Políticas e Procedimentos de Segurança preestabelecidas;
- Executar atividades de Manutenção de Soluções de Segurança Cibernética preestabelecidas;
- Realizar notificações para clientes internos e externos;
- Suporte administrativo em geral incluindo, organização de documento, preparação de documentos, realização de agendamento, emissão de relatórios e abertura de chamados;
- Realizar suporte técnico de baixa complexidade;
- Executar atividades de atividades dos Analistas da equipe de sua área alocada.
