The Finance Manager responsible for Home Care Supply Chain Strategy & Performance will be a key partner to the Supply Chain HC Americas VP and SC leadership team to deliver value through strategic projects across the region and to drive controlled costs and GM improvement.

The role reports to BU HC Americas SCF Director in Brazil, working closely with peers across region. It also offers a great opportunity to develop a regional network across Supply Chain and Finance, build experience in supply chain strategy, project evaluation, performance management and Home Care expertise.

Based in Brazil, but managing Americas Business, you will be experiencing a unique role in which you can learn about developed markets (USA and Canada), as well as develop a deep knowledge over Latin America countries and their challenges and particularities.

You will have a vivid exposure to the Home Care business and its complex supply chain which is in constant transformation. **What you can expect from the role?**
- _ Lead monthly performance analysis for both actuals and forecast to extract insights, identify hot spots and drive corrective actions._
- _ Perform mid to long term performance management with strategic plan modelling, target setting, etc._
- _ Provide impactful insights & analytics of SC performance, working closely with a wide community of finance and SC & procurement teams._
- _ Drive the decision making of key transformational and strategic projects, by building financial modelling and business cases. _
- _Provide a critical interface between the various teams involved in decision making for HC Supply Chain, Procurement and R&D in a structured manner to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency in core ways of working._
- _ Represent HC Americas as SC Finance leader in performance forums, with interface with global, regional and country leadership teams._
- _ Control SC Overheads of the BU._

- _ Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish._
