**Basic Qualifications**

**Education**:4 year college degree preferably in business administration, finance, economics, statistics, accounting, marketing, or related fields

**Experience**:3-5 years of job-related experience: Prior experience as a Revenue/Pricing Analyst or equivalent level job in a management role in 6 Sigma, Marketing (field assignment), Accounting, Sales or Finance.

**Language**:Portuguese, E nglish pre-Advanced and Intermediate Spanish

**Behavioral skills**:Strong written and oral communication skills, Ability to remain agile and flexible with positive can-do attitude. Demonstrated initiative and results oriented

- Prior experience in a dealer or customer facing role.

- Experience in leveraging visualization tools to explain analysis to stakeholders (PowerPoint, PowerBi or Tableau).

- Strong analytical ability with SQL and Excel skills

- Working knowledge of PPIDS

- Spanish pre Advanced

- English Advanced

**Job Profile / Activities**:
As a Revenue Analyst, you will provide revenue support work for Caterpillar replacement parts and complete related special projects as assigned. This work includes performing regional price reviews, review product/program profitability, maintain price lists, analyze competitive environment (transaction price level for both Caterpillar and competitors) and consult on sales variance programs. You will also complete/support deal modeling and breakeven analysis

- Lead for Latin America dealers in pricing related analysis, inquiries, and ongoing Pricing for Growth strategies, implementation and governance.

- Establish and review revenue proposals for Caterpillar products. The process includes analysis of sales history, volume forecast, competition, product quality, product availability, value premiums, costs and related factors.

- Work with Aftermarket Sales Execution Segments, Managed Accounts, Accounting, Tax, Economics, Engineering, Legal, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Support Development, and Revenue Management (Pricing personnel) elsewhere in the company to obtain and evaluate information needed for making revenue recommendations.

- Direct involvement in coordinating and implementing revenue (price) changes for Latin America and eCommerce along with coordination and communication to Aftermarket Sales Execution Segments and Dealers

- Assist in achieving specific Division objectives by aiding efforts to improve profitability through recommending revenue growth opportunities for price or volume

- Maintain the company’s master price history records

- Gather and analyze shipment volume, opportunity, Percent of Potential Sales (POPS) and profitability

- Calculate and maintain yield and revenue data in order to determine the effectiveness and profitability of pricing strategies and tactics.

- Regularly and accurately maintain and update revenue systems
