Job Purpose
If you want to work preparing dairy and plant-based products, this is the position for you
As a Dairy Application Technologist you will have the opportunity to create diverse formulas and produce awe-some prototypes.
The position requires a lot of dynamism to create yogurts, dairy drinks, supplements, desserts, alternative to dairy products etc., within the quality standards and dealing with large client demands.
This is a great opportunity for professionals who want a different a more dynamic experience.

**Main activities**:
Support in the elaboration of prototypes
Product Formulation
Contact with clients and providers
Project management
Physicochemical and Sensory analysis
Operation of equipment in pilot plant

Flavour Application

Knowledge sharing & expertise

Data maintenance
Actively maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles

Environmental Health & Safety
Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines

Academic Background
Bacherlor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or related

Professional experience
Experience with dairy products

Technical Skills
Basic understanding of many of the ingredients reactions/interactions in common food products
Project management skills and the ability to successfully lead selected customer projects
Ability to effectively participate on customer projects including customer visits
Ability to translate market trends into innovative products for selected customers
Ability to instruct technicians and technologists
English (intermediate)
