The role:
The xDC Site Leader, will be leading the xDC Site Team towards exceptional employee and customer satisfaction. Leads and coordinates xDC Site efforts with HR, Finance, TA, BiT and Facility operations. Acts as an evangelist for the remote / nearshore delivery model internally and as brand ambassador externally. Proactively partners with Service Line Leadership and the Regional Service Leaders to drive consistent and efficient delivery experiences. Coordinates with functional leaders across the organization to ensure delivery excellence.

Will be accountable for:
**GROWTH**
- Ensures that the overall xDC business objectives are achieved by focusing on the remote delivery model in alignment with SoftwareONE’s frameworks and best practices.
- Contributes to the Budgeting and Business Planning processes to position xDC requirements.
- Provides thought leadership in highly complex customer engagements throughout the delivery (and when required, pre-sales) phases to ensure SoftwareONE’s business objectives are met.
- Proactively seeks, in collaboration with Resource Management Office, options (within and outside of supported regions) to engage team members in chargeable customer engagements when projected chargeability is behind expectations.

**PEOPLE**
- Leads the xDC Site team and collaborates closely with peers from other xDC sites.
- Hires and retains talented team members in alignment with the dynamically evolving business needs and the capacity plans of Service Lines and Regions.
- Drives the performance management motions for team members, in close collaboration with the Functional Leads, and engages in regular bi-directional feedback sessions.
- Seeks insights from the team members on areas for improvement within the Service Lines, the xDC organization, and the company.
- Mentors the team members and assists them with their onboarding / professional development (incl. up-skilling and re-skilling), in close partnership with supported Functional Leads.
- Engages team members in various internal initiatives (like innovation projects) whenever the business environment is right to drive their engagement and excitement with the company.
- Secures consistently positive environment where people can deliver on expectations, grow, and advance in their careers.
- Drives and fully owns the employee engagement framework with focus on retaining and attracting talent.

**OPERATIONS**
- Responsible for the management of the site’s financials in full compliance with SoftwareONE’s frameworks, the xDC operating model.
- Responsible to ensure smooth operations of the xDC Site, contributing or leading depending on scale.
- Supports the xDC site operational excellence across discipline with functional teams on time entries, project management, and utilization management.
- Ensures the right level of delivery capacity is available to execute on the sales pipeline and current contracted workloads
- Maintains a healthy balance regarding team members’ utilization, pro-actively seeking additional chargeable work, within or outside supported regions.
- Supports, sponsors, or personally leads the resolution of service delivery escalations.

**LEADERSHIP**
- Consistently acts as SWO Culture role model for team members, other xDC sites, peers, internal and external partners (Leading By Example).
- Collaborates and shares best practices / learnings and pre-sales / delivery capacity across the globe to improve both overall customer satisfaction and SoftwareONE’s portfolio.
- Evangelizes the xDC model and the overall remote delivery capability, proactively supports the delivery enablement / readiness motions across the supported region.
- Actively follows and adapts to (emerging) business, industry, and competitive trends through interaction with customers and industry peers

What we need to see from you:

- Experience in leading people and operating in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Overall 5+ years of experience in pre-sales and/or services (both professional and managed) delivery functions within complex environments.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams, attracting and retaining talent.
- Managing various stakeholders in complex environments (especially internally within the company but also externally within customers).

**Technical desired skills**:

- Detailed understanding of matrix organizational structures and the dynamics in the delivery and pre-sales domains.
