- Lumentum is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to work on Brazil R&D site, based in Campinas. This person will play a key role in our product development programs, such as network projects for Telecommunications. In addition to working closely with the rest of the Brazilian team, you will collaborate with other global stakeholders.
- Responsibilities will include:

- Lead technical and operation team to execute the project.
- Create development plans/schedules based on team inputs, addressing risks, resource gaps and issues to keep the program on track.
- Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending.
- Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Develop and track project budgets and resources in cooperation with the larger team.
- Communicate program status to technical stakeholders, leadership and senior management.
- Manage products by analyzing cost, components versioning and purchasing.
- Plans and manages product version, resources for assembly processes, product and manufacturing cost, during NPI.
- Skill requirements:

- B.S. in an Engineering or related field plus 3+ years of experience in managing complex product development or operations in electronics, Semiconductors or optics.
- Proficient in the use of Atlassian Jira and Confluence and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and presentation formats.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- High level of integrity, work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with optics or other hardware engineering and product transfer from R&D to manufacturing launch is a plus.
