**The Position**:
We're looking to hire a Project Manager with deep experience as a SCRUM Master to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

- _Team Augmentation: _You will integrate yourself directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
- _ Design & Build: _You will work on a FullStack Labs product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

**What you'll get to do**:

- Handle traditional project management duties, including scope definition, staffing, communication of status to clients and partners, budget oversight, and risk/issue management.
- Create user stories, validate acceptance criteria, and execute a portion of the testing on projects.
- Serve the team and product owner by turning requirements into working software.
- Track progress and help the team achieve their commitments.
- Manage and report the status of scope, schedule, resourcing, and financials.
- Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team.
- Collaborate with the team in scheduling work, including defect remediation and refactoring, and guard against the accumulation of technical debt.
- Remove impediments to allow the team to focus on engineering tasks and take the lead in resolving conflicts within the team.
- Guide project team meetings including sprint pre/planning meetings, daily scrum, and sprint review meetings.
- Minimize external distractions and interruptions to the team.

**What we are looking for**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager/SCRUM Master in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge in JIRA and Agile methodologies.
- Advanced English is required.
- Excellent time management skills. You're able to pivot quickly from one contextual focus to another easily.
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Tester, or both (not mandatory).
