The Quality team is a cornerstone of Novonesis’s mission to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant food and feed products. By providing support across the entire production process, the team ensures that every phase aderes to Novonesis’s rigorous standards for quality and safety. This comprehensive approach not only enhances customer satisfaction but also strengthens trust in the company’s products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supplier Management: Manage supplier approval and oversight processes to ensure alignment with quality standards; conduct supplier audits and handle supplier complaints.
- Monitor compliance with legal and certification obligations, driving alignment across operations.
- Product and Material management: Coordination of material disposition (product and RM), handling of non-conforming products (NCRs), product establishment and lifecycle management.
- Management of Kosher and Halal requirements.
- Food/Feed Fraud management.
- Assist in identifying preventive actions and improvement opportunities by analyzing incidents, NCRs, complaints, audits, and trends in corrective actions.
- Perform training on quality, corrective and preventive actions system.

The Quality team will continue to lead innovation by adopting advanced digital tools for enhanced process monitoring, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the supply chain.
