Guydeez is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable locals to lead private, personalized walking experiences for small groups of travelers. No professional guide experience is required — just a love for your city and the desire to share it with visitors from around the world.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead private walking tours showcasing Rio de Janeiro’s landmarks, culture, and local life
- Personalize each experience according to your guests’ interests and pace
- Share authentic stories, insights, and recommendations
- Create safe, engaging, and memorable experiences
- Optionally host food-focused or themed tours if you love local cuisine
**What You’ll Need**
- Excellent knowledge of Rio de Janeiro, from famous sights to hidden gems
- Fluency in at least one of these languages: English, Dutch, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, or Portuguese
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
- Comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours
- Previous experience in guiding or hospitality is a plus, but not required
