**The Role**
In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.
Not only will you be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions that will shape the future of the industry. You'll be at the forefront of new service preparation and change management processes, constantly learning and growing your technical expertise to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
Your technical prowess will be put to the test as you troubleshoot critical customer situations and provide timely solutions to keep their systems secure, reliable, and efficient. **Required Technical and Professional Experience**:
- **Experience in SAP Basis system administration**: Essential for maintaining and ensuring the efficient and secure operation of SAP systems.
- **Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP)**: Crucial for projects involving SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE.
- **Expertise in high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) architectures**: Knowledge in ensuring service continuity and quick recovery in case of failures.
- **In-depth knowledge of SAP Solution Manager**: Proficiency in using SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and change management.
- **Ability to lead teams and coordinate critical activities in SAP projects**: Essential for achieving project goals through effective team leadership and coordination.
- **Advanced diagnostics and resolution of high-impact critical incidents**: Skills in diagnosing and resolving critical issues that may affect SAP systems.
- **Planning and execution of large SAP projects**: Experience in planning and executing large-scale projects within budget and timelines.
- **Completed undergraduate degree**: A basic requirement for the role.
- **Availability to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro/RJ**: Necessary for this position.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**:
- **Intermediate to advanced English proficiency**: Preferable for communication with international teams.
- **Ongoing or completed postgraduate studies**: An additional qualification that is advantageous.
