**Vacancy**: Human Resources Analyst II, to work in the south zone of São Paulo - SP

**Responsibility**:
Source qualified applicants, performing preliminary screening along with scheduling and conducting telephone and onsite interviews.

Targeted Selection Process (intake meeting, generate interviewer guides, organize decision making meeting, etc..)

Responsible for achieving the recruiting KPI's.

Responsible for team member file maintenance and all related paperwork, including documents to be completed and sent to Corporate HR.

Keep records of personnel transactions such as LOA certificates, policies and agreement signed and employee statistics for reporting purposes and local requirements.

Provide support to HR Manager regarding performance evaluations and compensation management follow up.

Respond to general inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, programs and practices.

Responsible for managing employee anniversary and recognition program (OC Tanner) for local team members.

Provide generalist support to managers and team members,

Assist in planning and organizing annual SBA events.

Assist with special projects, integrations and implementations in the department.

Make reports and presentation as needed

Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality at all times.

Translate documents from Portuguese to English as needed.

Employee file maintenance.

Time management Administration

Assist on Human Resources related projects and other duties as assigned.

Other projects and duties as assigned.

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field of study;
Talent capability experience
