**Job Description (Posting).**
- To support daily technical support activities for desktop, laptop & printers
- To set up and test desktop computer peripherals(New users)
- To perform the system changes adhered to organizational policies
- Conduct remote desktop troubleshoot to end-users along with documentation ticket maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments
- To own end-to-end activities whenever there is a new rollout of OS / Applications etc
- To work on the pro-active tickets triggered the Workblaze tools until closure / escalate as appropriate
- To assist the users setup their VPN / Citrix / Azure / VDI etc

**Requirements**:

- Degree completed or in progress in IT;
- Solid experience with Hardware and Software troubleshooting and Network basic support;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Advanced/fluent conversational English (mandatory);
- Intermediate conversational Spanish (mandatory);
