**The Role**

In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers’ IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

**Who You Are**

**Important details**:

- This is a **remote**position**:

- Required availability to work additional time due standby times and client support in some moments (this is defined beforehand and aligned with the team, this is not part of the daily routine).

**Mandatory**technical skills**:

- Experience with **AWS CloudWatch**(logs, metrics, alarms, dashboards, custom monitoring);
- Required experience and knowledge with both Windows and Linux OS;
- Strong understanding of **AWS services**(EC2, EventBridge, SSM, Lambda, RDS, S3, Route53, etc.);
- Proficiency in setting up **monitoring, alerting, and automated responses**in AWS environments;
- E xperience with **Middleware and IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR)**- including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting;
- Strong understanding of **Java Virtual Machine;**
- Strong understanding of **Certificates Management in Java Environment;**
- Strong understanding of **TCP/IP, TLS, SSL protocols;**
- Solid knowledge of **data replication strategies**(real-time, CDC, etc.) across heterogeneous environments.
- English fluency is mandatory as this person will often interact with international teams and clients.
- Soft skills: Solid communication abilities, ability to build client relationship, ability to provide support, flexibility to navigate complex scenarios.

**Desired**technical competencies**:

- Experience with **log aggregation and analysis;**
- Ability to **troubleshoot performance bottlenecks**and optimize system reliability;
- Scripting skills in **Python**or **Shellscript**for automation and log parsing;
- Familiarity with **IAM roles/policies**, **KMS**, and **security best practices**on AWS;
- Experience with **PagerDuty**and **ServiceNow;**
- Background in **high-availability**or **disaster recovery**architectures;
- AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level);
- Familiarity with **hybrid cloud**or on-prem integrations.
