**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Training Leader to be in Sao Jose dos Campos.**

**Purpose**:Identifies the areas related to the compliance, technical areas and systems that require training. Designs and provides adequate training programs. Works jointly with all the groups within the plant to evaluate the areas where there could be gaps in the performance related to the compliance in order to develop and recommend corrective measures. Directly supervises the activities of the training Group Leaders and coordinates the activities of the trainers. Is also responsible for ensuring that all Training Programs and Processes comply with local, national, and international regulations and standards, as well as all franchise policies and processes, and J&J corporate requirements.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Evaluates the needs the plant has and performs task analysis as support to the development of compliance training programs, technical areas, and systems (Invested time 35%).
- Works jointly with the departments of the plant for the development of a training program that covers all the compliance requirements for each position (Invested time 15%).
- Researches the requirements imposed by law. Develops and maintains an inventory program to support the needs of the plant (15%).
- Develops measures and periodically prepare reports for management. Provide training programs as required. (Invested time 15%)
- Communicates any situation related to the company to the next managerial level (Invested time 5%).
- Ensures that all his/her subordinates follow the health, safety, and environment policies of the company and to also have all the resources available in order to perform these practices (Invested time 5%).
- Ensures that the company and the personnel complies with the statutes of health, safety and environment established by the federal, state and local laws (Invested time 5%).
- Performs other tasks when required (Invested time 5%).
- Maintains contact with various operational management groups within the company to standardize and implement best practices across the cluster/region, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Incorporates and manages area financial resources.
- Acts as SME on training issues that may result from or because of audits. Ensures that global procedures are updated to address any concerns.

SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all subordinates follow the company’s health, safety and environmental policies and that they have all the resources to perform these practices. (Invested time 5%).
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training new employees; planning, assigning, and directing their activities; performance and direct their activities; performance measurement, and discipline evaluating complaints and solving problems.

GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed

- Concluded Bachelor in Science, Engineering, Education, Business Administration or other related area (Preferably).
- 6 to 8 years in a position of Quality Control, trainings, and/or manufacturing, in which he/she has performed audits, designed SOP (Operation Procedures) and good knowledge of GXP’s.
