We are looking for an **SDR (Sales Development Representative)** who is excited to work in a startup environment and comfortable in a dynamic and ever-changing workplace. The primary responsibility of an SDR is to prospect and reach out to potential customers through outbound activities, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

SDRs are responsible for qualifying leads in the early stages of the sales funnel. They will research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects, and qualify them before handing them over to the sales closers.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact with the market, interacting and gathering information directly from prospects - a valuable source for marketing content strategies.
- Understand how hospital managers, marketing managers, and CIOs manage their internal strategies to attract and retain visitors and convert them into value.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and clients.
- Follow up with inbound leads and provide relevant information to nurture those relationships.
- Select prospects from a defined target market and engage them in meaningful first conversations.
- Prioritize the target list effectively.
- Maintain detailed documentation and analysis of leads using the CRM.
- Research target leads and build a prospect analysis before handing off to the sales team.
- Educate leads about TuoTempo’s products and nurture them until they are qualified and ready to speak with the sales team.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and introduce leads to their new point of contact

**Qualifications**
This role is for you if you:

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Have experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, or telemarketing.
- Are familiar with sales tools and technologies.
- Have strong communication skills - written, verbal, presentation, and social media.
- Can identify customer pain points and accurately assess value for both the company and the client.
- Know outbound sales techniques and SPIN Selling (ideally better than Neil Rackham).
- Are self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent, and detail-oriented.
- You don’t need to be fluent, but you should be able to read and communicate in English.

- Final stage: preparation of a short business case, which you will have to present.
