**PROJECT ANALYST SUBSEA SERVICES PL**

**Job description**:

- Role and responsibilities or main accountabilities: Participate in technical and operational analyzes with the engineering and technical assistance team, provide resources for offshore operations, carry out an assessment of demands and resources and interface with the manufacturing team.
- Location: Macaé, Rj

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Preferred qualifications and experiences:
Participate in critical analysis of the contracts received (when applicable), supported by the Coordinator of Subsea Services Projects and/or Subsea Services Project Manager, to understanding the requirements contractual and issuance of opinion as to the feasibility of service, submitting to the management the identified deviations regarding the contracted projects/services versus execution capacity.

Ensure the flow, archiving of information and organization of documents received and issued.

Participate in the preparation and issuance of schedules and perform controls of pending actions of projects in portfolio.

Create, through SAP, the required cost collector (WBS, work order) to enable allocation and cost control, such as purchase of materials or other expenses related to the project/service by the Company.
- Skills: Excel, Power Point, Office pack and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Eduacation: Engineering, Administration and Systems Analysis.
