As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team and lead our QA efforts - allowing us to deliver the best customer experience in the Legal industry.
**Requirements**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of Pogust Goodhead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and criteria for items of work.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and a passion for QA.
- Assess current QA processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various projects.
- Oversee the execution of testing activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Drive the implementation and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the development process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Litigation/Customer Development Teams, PMO, and Data, to ensure a seamless and high-quality release process.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for QA processes and regularly report on the status of quality to stakeholders.
- Analyse testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that QA processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience as a QA Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a track record of successful QA project delivery.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, and a proactive approach to leveraging technology for quality improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
