**The Role **:
**Location**:While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever.
To create the best experience for our new hire (you?), this role does require that you are based within +8 / -8 UTC.
To accelerate Oyster's inbound funnel, the company is searching for an experienced Inbound BDR Manager. Oyster works with customers to solve one of their most important challenges; global hiring. You will report to the Global BDR Director
**What you'll do**:
The Inbound BDR Manager will manage one of Oyster's most strategic GTM channels. This role will be vital in developing an exceptional customer experience and journey for Inbound customers, working in conjunction with the demand generation team. In addition, there will be a significant focus on front-line coaching teams to succeed and helping Sales and Marketing Leadership to bring innovation to how Oyster engages customers inquiring about the service. This role will also work to develop our inbound operations further and be heavily data-driven. Tight collaboration with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Rev Ops, New Business Sales, Revenue Acceleration, and other business peers will ensure mutual support and alignment.
**Strategy**
- Work to develop a scalable and effective inbound approach unique to Oyster and its market
- Work with Senior Marketing leaders to understand, influence, and align the inbound lead generation strategy with the BDR inbound function and processes
- Promote team collaboration, inclusion, and high-performance culture.
- Continue to support Oyster's effort to build world-class inbound operations that enable the team to thrive
- Contribute to and help develop a unique inbound customer engagement strategy
- Develop and share with sales leadership the Oyster inbound team vision
- Create and maintain alignment with Oyster's growth objectives
**Performance**
- Enable the BDR Team to become expert customer qualifiers and consultants, maximizing team performance and efficiency
- Set up a consistent and career-developing training cadence to improve performance and quota attainment of the team
- Enable the team to develop and master the art of engagement through chat and other channels
- Develop key leading and lagging indicators for weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports
- Drive performance discipline, including lead activity, pipeline, and re-engagement
- Build a fantastic culture that sets the team's well-being as a priority and enables them to enjoy what they do each day
- Enhance BDR productivity
**Collaboration**
- Work with Sales and Marketing on a daily basis to enhance the inbound customer journey
- Work with Sales, Sales Operations, and BDR leaders to improve the opportunity qualification process
- Create strong feedback loops to collect information and stories for constant program improvement
- Work cross-functionally with teams internally that impact the BDR team day to day and broader strategy. This will include (but is not limited to) new business sales, growth marketing, revops, revenue acceleration (sales enablement), and product marketing.
**What we're looking for**:
- 5+ years of Business Development experience
- 2+ years of manager-level experience for Inbound Teams
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline generation objectives
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including experience building and reading reports
- Experience in working with teams selling to SMB and Mid-Market
- Experience relating to SaaS produ
