- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.
- Coatings: Whether it’s a water-based coating or solvent-based coating, a thin film is deposited on materials to enhance specific properties such as enhanced performance, durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Dow's Logistics Excellence includes the management of logistic services to improve reliability, reduce customer claims and accelerate transformation, targeting an increase on CX and EX.

We are looking for a **Logistics Excellence Specialist **that we be focused on projects/process and innovative ideas to enable our Transformation Journey located in Sao Paulo (BRA). In this role, you will use logistics knowledge, technical expertise and operations experience to drive logistics operational excellence across the global/regional network and bringing external insights, metrics and data analysis. You will assist businesses and functions by leading/participating in operational excellence improvement initiatives to improve service reliability to CX.

**Responsibilities / Duties**
- Drive analysis on projects/experiments and use that to inform important strategic decisions improving the support CX and EX.
- Guide teams through the implementation process and tasked with encouraging workers and leadership to embrace the agile/waterfall and design methods across the organization.
- Develop new processes and content that reflects strategic changes in Digital Transformation agenda.
- Measure the impact and efficiency of new initiates, digital products and projects in Supply Chain & Logistic area.
- Develop analytical frameworks to support Logistic Operation.
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to track and communicate performance metrics as they relate to your line of business.
- Implement required controls, metrics and quality measurement indicators.

**Experience**
- Required education: University Degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or other Sciences.
- Minimum 4/5 years of experience using data to drive business decisions.
- English and Spanish Language skills.
- Experience in visually displaying data.
- Excellent Excel/Data Management Skills.
