**Job Purpose**

The JR Process Analyst role will involve working with industrial, process & quality teams in LEBR. Primary responsibilities include process development, capacity and manufacturing planning, line balancing. The Manufacturing Engineering team are responsible for promoting. Engineering Excellence, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and people development.

**Job Context**

The Process Analyst works in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where he/she will interface with multifunctional teams and management to ensure the perfect execution of production processes and the search for continuous process improvement and cost reduction. This role requires project leadership skills and the ability to face challenges promptly to maintain schedules and deliver results.

Process Design Engineering

Carry out a series of activities under the joint guidance of a multidisciplinary team, to design and continuously improve manufacturing processes or materials and process systems.

Improvement / Innovation

Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.

Knowledge Management System

Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.

Project Management

Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.

Personal Capability Building

Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.

**Job Dimensions**

**Localização**: LEBR, Contact with internal employees, suppliers, customers and other Lucy Electric units.

Reports to: Production Manager or Production Coordinator.

Direct Reports: N/A

Collaborates with: Cross-functional teams Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain.

**Key Accountabilities**

Co-ordination of New Product Introduction and liaison with Engineering design teams on changes to improve assembly.

Working with the site operations team to document current processes in terms of line balancing and bottlenecks.

Focus on improving quality, delivery, and cost initiatives.

Documenting process flow charts.

To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required by the leadership team in order to maintain alignment with company goals and objectives.

Maintain an up-to-date awareness of advanced manufacturing technologies.

Maintain and organize documents for audits, as well as carry out internal audits for SGI maintenance.

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

General Education

Studying higher education;
Basic Office Package;
White Belt.

**General Experience**

1+ years on production processes.

Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement manufacturing tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
