Como Assistente Customer Experience na Lev sua missão é contribuir positivamente na jornada dos clientes da empresa, garantindo um atendimento de qualidade, informações e treinamentos, com foco em proporcionar uma experiência humanizada de excelência e encantamento. Suas responsabilidades serão:
- Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo ao cliente interno e externo, utilizando os canais de comunicação disponíveis.
- Prestar suporte, realizar direcionamentos e solucionar problemas conforme acionamento, visando a satisfação do cliente.
- Criar e atualizar materiais de apoio do setor, utilizando recursos e ferramentas disponíveis, para manter a base de conhecimento atualizada e auxiliar no atendimento eficiente.
- Realizar pesquisa NPS com clientes internos e externos, seguindo procedimentos padrão e utilizando sistemas internos, para compreender o cenário de satisfação do cliente.
- Traçar estratégias com base nos resultados da pesquisa NPS e em reuniões de brainstorm, gerando soluções, novas abordagens e tratativas para melhorar a experiência do cliente.
- Criar e atualizar fluxogramas, scripts e materiais por meio do Pacote Office e sistemas de criação, para manter a base atualizada referente às rotinas do setor.
- Acompanhar e analisar os resultados diários, semanais e mensais conforme solicitado pelo gestor, utilizando PowerBI e Excel, para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e alcançar metas estabelecidas.
Requisitos necessários:
- Formado(a) ou cursando ensino superior em áreas Administrativas, Comunicação e/ou Marketing;
- Habilidades intermediárias em Pacote Office, com ênfase em Excel;
- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente;
- Proatividade;
- Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita.
