**SUMÁRIO DA VAGA**
Apoiar nas rotinas básicas das áreas administrativas, realizando atividades de suporte como organização de dados, confecção de controles, acompanhamento de processos e elaboração de relatórios.
**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas;
- Auxiliar na digitalização/organização de arquivos e documentos;
- Auxiliar no atendimento ao funcionário;
- Auxíliar na elaboração de Requests e FV60 no sistema SAP;
- Auxiliar na captação de fornecedores e na solicitação e verificação de documentos cadastrais do fornecedor;
- Auxiliar na organização de eventos;
- Reconhecer e aplicar as Políticas e Normas internas.
- Auxiliar na organização de eventos da Filial RJ
**REQUISITOS BÁSICOS**
- **Conhecimentos de Informática**: Boas noções de informática e conhecimento do Pacote Office
- **Conhecimentos de Idiomas**: Inglês - desejável
- **Educação**: Formado ou no último ano do ensino médio
