You will be responsible for monitoring the processes making sure that all products & services meet consistent standards and customer requirements.

As a Quality and Technical Leader, you will be responsible for
- Improving the quality cultural and awareness of processes and procedures.
- Supporting the Shop floor on technical issue and interface with Shop and Engineering team for resolution, also including relationship with Customer if necessary.
- Defining the quality plan year over year including the progress monitoring.
- Defining the quality plan to achieve CoQ targets, escape and all defined KPIs. This includes the feedbacks coming for NCA, RCA and PQE analysis on eNCR and eSDR.
- Doing NCA/RCA investigations and define with team a continuous improvement plan and share it to PQE for implementation
- Having Quality talk and training plan definition to improve the quality culture at all levels
- Establishing QMS processes, implementing, and maintaining by review of internal audits (including station audit), discussions with process owners or review of the processes including capture suggestion of modification of existing procedure.
- Supporting shop floor on technical/Quality issues to quick revolve and achieve the operational KPIs.
- Completion of technical and quality documentation as per our internal processes and procedure in other to satisfy the internal and external customer requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve from safety, quality and productivity point of view realizing or support the realization of dedicated projects.
- Defining Audits plan, CIR analysis, 6 sigma projects aimed at reducing cost of quality and improving on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and maintaining positive relations and effectual communication lines with all functions, including OTR, ITO, Engineering and Quality teams.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a education background in Engineering
- Have an active Crea
- Show solid experience in Quality and Oil & Gas business
- Be fluent in English and Portuguese (Speak, write and read)
- Be familiarize with common overhaul docs (aero maintenance/engine/SB manuals, etc)
- Show deep knowledge on LM aeroderivative engines.
- Show deep knowledge on shop operations.
- Have leadership and/or customer management skills
